DSFUSA does not sell puppies. DSFUSA supports reputable kennels by providing, at no charge, links to selected independent websites and web pages. Farmdog breeders may contact dsfusa@farmdogsusa.com to apply for inclusion in our kennel links and membership in the DSFUSA Puppy Group.
US kennels listed here abide by ethical breeding guidelines in accordance with the Scandinavian countries of origin of the breed. US kennels implement best practices in their breeding breeding programs, including supporting appropriate health screenings for all breeding pairs. In addition to veterinary health check-ups, breeding pairs are hip-tested and registered with the Orthopedics Foundation for Animals (OFA).
Swedish kennels listed on this page adhere to ethical breeding guidelines in accordance with the Swedish Kennel Klub (SKK) and the Danish-Swedish Farmdog breedclub in Sweden (Rasklubben for Dansk-Svensk Gaardhund). These guidelines also include hip-testing of all breeding pairs.
